**Interactive Study Habits Session at Kalgidhar International School** 📚✨

The Department of Education at Dasmesh Girls College, Chak Alla Baksh, Mukerian, held an engaging guidance session at Kalgidhar International School, Purana Shalla, aimed at boosting students’ study skills! On Dated 13 -11-2024
Led by teachers Ms. Renu Gupta and Ms. Satwant Kaur, under the guidance of Principal Dr.Karamjeet Kaur of Dasmesh Girls College Chak Alla Baksh Mukerian the session introduced students to effective study techniques using the *Study Habits Scale* by Rani and Jaidka (2015). Students explored practical strategies for better time management, organization, and focus—essential skills for academic success!
Students loved the hands-on activities and expressed a strong interest in more sessions like this. It’s inspiring to see our students so motivated to develop their learning habits!

Teacher’s Day is the day to pay gratitude and tribute to the guiding lights of your lives, the remarkable teachers. On this special occasion of Teacher’s Day, students express their deep gratitude for their tireless dedication and inexhaustible efforts.

An Orientation Programme on 19 July,2024
The Orientation was held in order to acquaint the new comers about the College’s rules and regulations, it’s values, specific Program outcomes, subjects, infrastructure of the campus, various scholarship available etc. It was an enlightening experience for the freshers.

Session 2023-24
Department of Education, Dasmesh Girls College Mukerian celebrated 10th International Yoga Day. Students from different classes of the department celebrated yoga day with great enthusiasm.
Warm up exercises were taken and all the students practiced & performed sitting and standing asanas.
