A special awareness session under the Nai Roshni Scheme was organized at Dasmesh Girls College, Mukerian, under the direction of 12 PB BN NCC, Hoshiarpur (HSP).
The NCC cadets actively took part in the event by designing creative posters and delivering interactive presentations that highlighted leadership development, fundamental rights, and the overall empowerment of women, particularly those from minority communities.
As part of the session, the cadets also participated in an interactive group discussion, where they exchanged their views and ideas on women’s empowerment, leadership, rights, and social development. The discussion encouraged active participation and helped the students develop confidence, communication skills, and awareness about important social issues.
