National Seminar on “Shifting Paradigm in Science & Technology” on 4th November, 2025
The Department of Sciences, Dasmesh Girls College, Mukerian, organized a National Seminar sponsored by the College Development Council, Panjab University, Chandigarh.
The event began with a soulful Shabad Gayan followed by a warm welcome from
#Dr_Karamjit_Kaur, Principal of the college.
Keynote Speaker:
#Dr_Arvind (IISER Mohali & former VC, Punjabi University) delivered an insightful lecture on “A Glimpse into the Quantum World”, discussing quantum theories, computation, and sensors.
#Dr_Rohit_Sharma (Panjab University, Chandigarh) shared his research on Peptide-Based Nanoconjugates and Green Chemistry.
In the second session,
#Dr_Rakesh_Kumar (Central University, H.P.) discussed AI in Scientific Research and Innovation.
#Dr_Sukhwinder_Singh Kang (Retd. Prof., GGS College, Chandigarh) concluded the seminar with an engaging talk on The Beauty of Physics.
Research scholars also presented their papers during the seminar.
